Not getting enough exercise? It’s a normal thought - we realize this, and still many things get in our way of working out. We witness individuals crowded into gymnasiums doing exercise, and consider : I have to travel to the gymnasium, pay up my gym member’s fee, then workout. It just seems like a lot of hassle, can’t I do something that’s not going to throw away my time - maybe something that’s actually useful?
You might consider bicycling, as bicycling is a superb way to get fit. You can bike to work or do some shopping, so it’s rather practical. It’s also very cost -effective - there’s no petrol required and the running costs are almost nothing. It’s also eco-friendly. And not forgetting the small point of actually getting fit too.
But lots of people are reluctant to get a push bike because it’s TOO much effort. As odd as it may sound, it could be because they may be aged, have a particular ailment, be elderly, or live in a hilly area that make biking too much effort for their abilities. Also for a few people, it’s not realistic biking to work since they will sweat too much through the exertions of pedaling.
Now it’s time to present e-bikes, or electric bikes. Electric bikes let your legs have a rest on the tough slopes simply by turning your hand on the grip and allowing the electric motor take over - you don’t need to do any peddling then. Then when you’re ready to switch to manual, just start pedalling. You get moderate exercise and fresh air without doing yourself in. Electric bikes are also money-saving to operate necessitating only a daily battery re-charge if you cycle about 30-40k a day, although most people require just a couple of re-charges per week as they are not doing this kind of mileage. If you need to carry your bike around, consider a lightweight aluminium electric bike.
Nowadays the real cost of buying an e-bike have dropped in price, so you can find yourself saving a considerable amount of cash on gym memberships, fuel, bus fares etc. by buying and on a regular basis using an e-bike.
