Volunteering Your Time

Volunteering — building a community bond, and supporting your local needy. To quote the old saying, charity begins at home. Doing it yourself, however, freeing up the time to volunteer may waste some of that very same free time. Obviously, if volunteering becomes a group effort with friends from work, it’s likely to be far more fun.

Volunteering Your Time

I expect you know that donating your time as a volunteer is a way for you to strengthen the bonds of your community and in the same stride assist the poor. Doing it yourself, however, organizing your schedule so that you’re free to volunteer may consume some of that valuable free time. Of course you’ll have more fun volunteering with your colleagues getting involved by your side.
